Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join the UK’s pre-eminent planning and development consultancy at a particularly exciting moment in our evolution. Lichfields is embarking on a brand refresh, culminating in the launch of a new website which will mature our digital presence. As part of this programme, we are expanding our team to strengthen the delivery of our digital marketing strategy. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team that values creativity and innovation, working closely with colleagues across our nine offices.

 

For over 60 years, Lichfields has helped to shape great places across the UK. We advise many of the UK’s biggest brands and work on some of the most ambitious and high-profile development projects. Our marketing team plays a central role in communicating the depth and breadth of this expertise and supporting business development.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Co-ordinator/Executive to join our London-based team. This role is ideally suited to candidates with 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, particularly within a professional services environment, who are keen to develop their skills and play a hands-on role in shaping our digital channels.

 

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment as we launch a refreshed brand and new website, shaping the future of our digital strategy. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, from day-to-day content management and social media activity to supporting the production of a new website. Working in a small, collaborative and fast-moving team, you will help deliver targeted marketing activity that will directly influence our digital presence, strengthen Lichfields’ brand, and support our business development priorities.

 

We offer a hybrid working model with minimum of three days in our City of London office and flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple digital and traditional channels.
  • Support the delivery of our website redevelopment project, including content migration, testing, user support and training materials.
  • Manage, update and optimise website content, including blogs, research, news stories, project case studies and staff biographies.
  • Oversee Lichfields’ social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring and analytics reporting.
  • Develop and monitor email marketing campaigns and evaluate performance using CRM, email and analytics tools.
  • Track key digital metrics and produce actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
  • Support ongoing CRM management, ensuring data quality, segmentation accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Contribute to the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos and presentations, working with our in-house design team.
  • Liaise with Business Development Groups and Lichfields nine offices to ensure digital content is current, accurate and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practice.
  • Be inquisitive, contribute ideas, show initiative and work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Confident in building relationships with colleagues across all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible, organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Desirable

  • Experience with creating and managing content within WordPress.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and/or marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
