Associate Director Opportunity in Planning and Development Consultancy in our Newcastle office.

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

We expect all candidates to have chartered membership of the RTPI, an RTPI accredited town planning qualification at Masters level (A RICS accredited qualification (planning & development route) would also be acceptable), at least a 2:1 or equivalent at first degree level, and full information on A level, GCSE (or equivalent) and other qualifications should be provided.

Candidates must demonstrate a very high level of technical competency, and quality of work, carried out with minimal supervision, together with good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. The role will require working on a number of projects, so a proven ability to manage your own time and workload within tight timescales, and ability to problem solve is critical. You will also have market credibility with a proven ability to win new work and clients, and nurture existing client relationships to win repeat business.
