Team Secretary Opportunity in Planning and Development Consultancy in our Bristol Office, starting ASAP.

  

Are you a highly motivated individual eager to embark on a career in a thriving and independent staff-owned planning and development consultancy?

 

We are seeking a Team Secretary who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our office and supporting a professional team of 8 people.

The role is intended to be part time.

Professional Development: This is a multi-faceted role comprising various duties, including: liaising with clients and other offices; contributing to ISO quality control practices/audits, PA to the Senior Directors; secretarial tasks, including diary management and high-quality document production/collation, including assistance with the administrative side of planning application submissions, the co-ordination of planning appeal documentation and tender submissions and HR tasks, including inductions and training. There will also be marketing duties where you will work on promoting the company and office, via internal and external events, and prepare marketing collateral and documents.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience with managing a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks. In addition, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and multi-task. You will have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (mainly Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably Adobe. Previous experience of managing marketing and social events, both internally and externally, will be an advantage.
