    We would like to offer a 12 month internship to an ambitious graduate  or undergraduate who has a passion for Town Planning. During this 12 month placement you will build an understanding and assist with the preparation of planning applications and appeals, develop an insight into planning strategies and undertake site appraisals and research.

     

    Responsibilities

    You will be inducted into our company, our process and practices which will give you a good understanding of working life as a private sector planning professional.   You will be invited to attend elements of our Graduate Development Programme, be allocated an induction buddy and be given the opportunity to have valuable conversations with experienced professionals. You’ll develop yourself through both team and individual tasks, as a person and a professional.

     

    We are looking for candidates who have the skills, creativity and passion to match the aspirations of the only Planning Consultancy to be awarded RTPI Consultancy of the Year on three consecutive occasions!

     

    Qualifications

    Candidates should:

    • have at least a 2.1 at degree level or are currently achieving this level if an undergraduate ;
    • be able to demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English, with good analytical and interpersonal skills.

    In your cover letter/ CV please state:

    • your subject and grades at A level (or equivalent qualifications); and
    • your subject and grades at GCSE level (or equivalent qualifications).
