We are looking to appoint a Graduate Economics Consultant to become part of our market-leading economics team based in our London office. The workload will be wide ranging with no two days the same – including economic impact assessments of major developments and infrastructure projects, property market studies, growth strategies, employment land reviews, labour market and socio-economic analysis, area-based economic and regeneration studies. Your role will involve preparing quantitative and qualitative analysis, report writing, presentations, and working with colleagues on business development to secure new work. You will also have the opportunity to be involved with Lichfields’ insight and research agenda contributing to the national debate on a wide range of topical regeneration and development issues.
Candidates are likely to be graduates in economics, geography or planning, with excellent report writing, presentational and analytical skills. You will have a particular interest in the drivers of economic growth and the relationship with planning, infrastructure and industrial strategy. You will embrace challenges and have ambition and responsibility to provide advice to some of the UK’s best companies on some of the most exciting and challenging projects across different sectors.
