Our three year graduate development programme has been designed to develop your professional and interpersonal skills so that you can successfully achieve RTPI or RICS (Planning and Development) APC as quickly as possible.  Lichfields has RTPI Learning Partner status recognising our commitment to people development.  We also offer mentoring and networking opportunities are provided to help you build supportive relationships.

Since 2012 we’ve raised over £139,000 for local charities, for which we were awarded ‘JustGiving Company of the Year’.  Our fundraising events are just part of a calendar of social and networking events where you can build lasting friendships.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for high calibre graduates with:

  • an ability to demonstrate a good standard of written and spoken English, with good analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • planning-related work experience;
  • A-C grade A levels and GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications);
  • at least a 2.1 at first degree level; and
  • an obtained or predicted Master’s degree in a RTPI/RICS accredited subject.
